I got Mariella‘s information off a Facebook group as I was looking for a Wedding planner. I live currently in New York and was planning a wedding down in Florida and honestly could not have done it without her. She was in charge of my vendors, letting me know who needed to be paid, what was to be expected, sent me timelines and constantly kept in touch. She answered late night panic texts and early morning phone calls. She was my absolute go to. Even more, I realized how much I needed her the day of the wedding. Whether it be for an extra bobby pin a mint a glass of water. She was always right near me and could be easily accessible. She stood by and helped with the 10 yes 10 children that were in my wedding. Mariella and her assistant Elise were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! From the moment we hired Mariella as our day-of coordinator, she reassured us that she and Elise would handle all of the setup. Honestly, we were a little skeptical—not because we doubted their skills, but because we had so many things for them to manage. But they exceeded all expectations! They set up our centerpieces and every little decoration perfectly, and we were blown away by how much they accomplished in just a couple of hours. At the rehearsal the night before, Mariella really took the stress out of the whole process. She went to bay for us on a few occasions and has always looked out for our best interest. She got answers to all of our questions and got them quickly. I had a vision and I just needed someone to execute my dream wedding on the day. Mariella did this and then some. She was everywhere -checking in with my family and friends all while working with the vendors I hired. She set up all of the decor for both my ceremony and reception in a flash. I didn't have to worry about a thing except enjoying myself and allowed me to be fully present during every part. She even fluffed my train before I went down the aisle and helped my bridesmaids bustle it so I could dance!
I honestly do not know what I would've done without a wedding coordinator, but I hit the jackpot with Mariella! If there was any advice I would give a bride who is trying to plan her own wedding it would be to hire a day of coordinator like Mariella! Thank you for everything!

I can’t say enough great things about Mariella and her team! My wedding day was filled with little stresses that Mariella was so fast to fix for me! She was by my side helping me with everything from making sure I was drinking plenty of water to making a corsage that my florist forgot. She put together my reception space flawlessly and made sure everything was perfect. My husband and I are so very thankful for all of her help…especially for wrangling my crazy doggos!
